TSDR Viewer is a browser extension that displays US trademark status and documents from the United States Patent and Trademark Office's (USPTO) TSDR API.
What the extension stores
- Your USPTO API key, which you enter in the extension's Settings or which your organization provides.
- Your settings, such as whether links to the TSDR website open in the extension.
- Copies of trademark documents you have opened, so they reopen without downloading again. You can clear these at any time in Settings.
All of this is stored only in your browser on your computer.
Where data is sent
- Trademark serial or registration numbers you look up, and your API key, are sent only to the USPTO's TSDR API (tsdrapi.uspto.gov) to retrieve public trademark records.
- No data is sent to 1CALLSUPPORT INC or to any other third party.
- The extension does not collect analytics, track browsing, or read any website other than the USPTO addresses it uses.
Removing your data
Removing the extension from your browser deletes everything it stored.
